We strive to make ZS Subscriptions the best tool for your business. If things didn't work out, here is how we handle refunds.
If you uninstall the app within 14 days of the first installation and haven't utilized the full service of your plan.
For technical issues that we couldn't resolve within a reasonable timeframe, regardless of the 14-day window.
Requests made after 14 days of use or for accounts that have violated our Terms of Service.
Send an email to billing@zssubscriptions.com with your store URL and order ID.
Our team will review your account usage and eligibility within 2-3 business days.
Once approved, the refund is processed through Shopify Billing and may take 5-10 days to appear.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during the Shopify checkout process.
A refund request does not automatically cancel your subscription. Please ensure you uninstall the app first.
Any applicable taxes charged by Shopify during the transaction are handled by Shopify, not ZS Subscriptions.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if evidence of fraudulent activity or abuse of the trial period is found.
