1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ZS Subscriptions, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the Merchant) and ZS Subscriptions (the Provider).

If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these terms.

Note: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

2. User Obligations & Conduct

As a user of ZS Subscriptions, you agree to the following conduct standards:

  • You shall not use the app for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates local, state, or international laws.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Shopify account and app credentials.
  • You will not attempt to dismantle, reverse engineer, or exploit the codebase of ZS Subscriptions.
  • You must ensure that your own store's terms are compatible with recurring billing models.

3. Subscription & Payment Terms

ZS Subscriptions is provided as a paid service. By selecting a plan, you authorize Shopify to charge your account according to the plan's billing cycle.

Late Payments: If a payment fails, we may temporarily suspend your access to the app's premium features until the balance is cleared.

Our fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the ZS Subscriptions software, including its design, logic, and branding, are the exclusive property of ZS Subscriptions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for the sole purpose of managing subscriptions on your Shopify store.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZS Subscriptions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of the use of the app shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the service in the six months preceding the claim.
